CRDT Conditions of Carriage

Important Disclaimer

Croydon Dev Transit (“CRDT”) is a virtual bus company operated within Roblox. We do not provide real-world transport services, and these Conditions of Carriage apply only within CRDT’s Roblox environment. Any references to tickets, fares, or services are entirely for gameplay and roleplay purposes.

1. Introduction

These Conditions set out the terms under which CRDT provides its virtual bus services. By boarding a CRDT bus or purchasing a ticket in-game, you accept these Conditions.

2. Tickets & Fares

• Passengers must hold a valid CRDT ticket or accepted in-game pass.

• Tickets are not transferable and must be presented when requested by the driver.

• Attempting to travel without a valid ticket may result in removal from the bus.

3. Right to Travel

• Travel is subject to in-game capacity and operational factors.

• CRDT reserves the right to refuse travel where necessary to maintain safety, roleplay integrity, or fair play

4. Boarding & Alighting

• Passengers may board or leave the bus only when stationary at designated stops.

• Leaning out of windows or otherwise glitching through the bus is prohibited.

5. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must act respectfully towards other players and the driver.

• Disruptive behaviour, trolling, exploiting, or harassment may result in removal or moderation action

• The driver’s decisions are final during in-game operations.

6. Accessibility & Children

• CRDT supports inclusive gameplay and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all players.

• Younger Roblox users should follow platform safety guidelines and respect others during play.

7. Luggage & Items

• Virtual items carried on board must not obstruct gameplay or interfere with others.

• CRDT is not responsible for lost in-game assets or items.

8. Lost Property

• Items left behind in the game cannot be retrieved unless specifically supported by Roblox’s own systems

9. Service Reliability

• CRDT aims to operate buses according to in-game schedules but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to Roblox platform downtime, server issues, or other technical limitations.

10. Refusal & Termination of Carriage

CRDT may refuse travel or remove a passenger if:

• They lack a valid in-game ticket or pass.

• They exploit, glitch, or otherwise disrupt gameplay.
  
  

• They fail to follow the driver’s instructions.

11. Liability

• CRDT has no liability for loss, damage, or injury, as this is a virtual roleplay environment.

• Nothing in these Conditions overrides Roblox’s Terms of Service.

12. Feedback & Complaints

• Players may submit feedback to CRDT’s management team via official Roblox group channels or Discord (if applicable).

• CRDT will aim to review and respond fairly.

13. Amendments

CRDT reserves the right to update these Conditions of Carriage. The latest version will always be available on our Roblox group page or affiliated website.
